Casey will make the process less time consuming, less expensive, and far less stressful. All buyers will be set up with an automated website to receive new listings immediately and before they are released to the public. He will preview listings for his buyers and use his expertise to help narrow down the search. Once the home is found he will sit down with all buyers to review a negotiation strategy to land the best price possible.

Casey bought his first investment property at the age of 27 and has been actively involved in real estate ever since. Having sold pre-sale condo’s for one of the major Vancouver developers Casey understands the process of sales from before buildings are built all the way through.
