Some of the issues I see in my practice include: anxiety, depression, stress management and anger management.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Art Therapist. My counselling office is located on Commercial Drive and Broadway.

My office is located at Catalyst Integrative Health at Commercial Drive and Broadway. The office is shared with naturopathic doctors and massage therapists.

Business Owner

I am a firm believer that mental well-​being is gained, not only through taking care of mind through counselling and meditation, but also through a balanced life style. I strive to exercise regularly, eat well and spend time with family, friends and community in the pursuit of a sense of wholeness.

In terms of exercise, I enjoy cycle-​commuting, fixing the bike, cross-​country skiing, running and skipping rope.

In terms of hobbies, I enjoy photography, gardening, astronomy and music.
