Control Your Sugar Cravings Seminar

My good friend Simon invited me to a seminar hosted by Melisa Bodner. There has been so much controversy these days with sugar, many of whom are going through the sugar cleanse which I personally think is BS since there is sugar in everything and it is really about the type of sugar rather than elimination.
She talked more on the lines of psychology and how we view food rather than trying to restrict and punish usd about eating sugar.
The seminar was free but it was a sales pitch for her to sell her services which I can completely understand the tactic as many have done it before. I have been to enough of these and knew getting in what I was getting into.
I knew most of the facts already, however, there was an interesting point that was made that I may incorporate in my own life. I will still have my sugar but will ritualize it.
Another point that was made was why and how we crave sugar either through stress and or boredom and to have a healthy balance of both.
She didn’t get into too many details ’cause of course she wants you to sign up for the course but she gave enough starting information to get you to the next level of controlling the sugar cravings.
She is an overall health coach.
She was very patient with answering specific questions but I can tell that she was holding back for the paid services.
Another Key thing was discovering other pleasures in life.
Most of what she talked about has been discussed in some of my Weight Watchers meetings, however, the review is nice.
Ironically most who came to the introductory seminar were thin to begin with and had no weight to lose.
