Counting on us made an error in my 2011. A year later it turned out I owed the CRA over $ 1000. There were fees occurred because of the error, and counting on us said they would refund these fees. Six months later I have yet to receive the refund from them. I have emailed numerous times with no response, HIGHLY unprofessional. To top it off their English is terrible and all written communication has been of extremely poor quality.
