I have been trying to get an appointment for three months. They keep turning me away because «there isn’t any doctors in the office». My boyfriend called to make an appointment for me and got hung up on. Worst service I have ever received. Dr. Merkeli was so sweet and nice to me in person. She told me to get a prescription filled and come back and I haven’t been able to. Never had an issue with her but her staff NEVER treats me with respect. I keep trying to get a follow up and the assistant makes excuses that there is no one to see me then tells me to call back to make an appointment then the cycle starts again. I have now got a referral for another clinic which booked me for January. Thank you for nothing.

They provide comprehensive maternity services and gynaecologic care to women at all stages.
I got referral to Dr. Henry Woo and I found he is knowledgeable and friendly doctor but not really helpful. I found most of the reviews in rate MD were complaint about the wait time and consulting time too short (5 – 10 mins).
May be I was lucky and only waited for 5 – 10 mins then got him visit. In addition, we had talk over 20 mins about my problem and scan.
