Installer came to repair a deficiency. 2 deep chips. Proceeded to melt candle wax into the holes and shave off with a razor blade. Called it fixed. When I complained that wax wasn’t a permanent repair he tried to tell me it wasn’t wax (still had the wick in it??). Only after I informed him I was going to complain to the developer did he offer to fix it properly with Epoxy (which was in his tool box the whole time just takes longer to repair it properly). I refused know longer trusting him.
