History

Established in 2011.

Our firm was founded by Nathan Drake who has provided trademark registration services for over 15 years both in Canada and Australia.

As Registered Trademark Agents we conduct availability and registrability searches, prepare and file trademark applications and prosecute trademark applications all the way through to registration. Our services also include opposition and expungement proceedings and other trademark agency related services.

We represent domestic and international clients in the protection of trademarks in Canada. We also file international applications for our Canadian clients through our extensive network of foreign law firms.

Business Owner

Nathan is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent and a registered Australian Trade Marks Attorney. In his practice Nathan provides a full range of trademark agency services, including:

* Preparing and filing trademark applications for registration

* Preparing arguments to substantive Examiner’s Reports and refusals

* Post-​registration maintenance and renewals

Nathan began his career in trademarks at the Australian Trade Marks Office. He subsequently worked in large national firms and Intellectual Property specialist firms both in Australia and Canada.

Nathan’s extensive experience in trademarks spans well over 15 years.
