Bestie and I were on the hunt for matching outfits for our upcoming trip to Portland(yes, we know we’re dorks ANDWELOVEIT) and Dynamite proved to be our saviour! After wandering around way too many stores we stopped at Dynamite on a whim. The interior looks pretty fancy and high end these days, with modern looking chairs covered in furry stuff, and the clothing spread quite thinly so it doesn’t look cluttered. We grabbed a couple of dresses to try(one that ended up being a total win for us both) and headed for the changing rooms. They’re… kinda creepy! There are doors seamlessly integrated into the wood panelling, looking like a haunted house, and they seem to have sacrificed space for style as there were only a couple of fitting rooms(ok, maybe 4). We had to wait, then(as with so many places these days) we weren’t allowed to go in together, which was something of a shame as I could have fit at least 4 of us comfortably changing in my dressing room! The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly — somewhere I’ll be back to next time I need something trendy!

I love the girls at this store! They are helpful, resourceful and make you feel beautiful when trying on clothes! I especially love PRAB(sp?) who calls me a goddess every time I walk in which makes me feel good and reminds me of the very first time I visited the store to try on a dress that, in her eyes, made me look like a goddess and so my new nickname is as such. She makes my shopping excursions more fun and look forward to seeing her every time I visit this location!

I normally go the Metrotown location, however, when in Pacific Center mall I checked out their sale and grabbed a decent pair of business work pants for $ 60. The customer service was okay. I mostly self served myself.
