ECL provides professional consulting services in environmental science, energy project development, and Aboriginal community development for projects in the renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, land use, community development and planning sectors. We support an array of projects at every stage, from initial concept to project completion.
At ECL we use a multi-disciplinary approach in our work with teams comprised of technical staff from a variety of geographic locations to provide exceptional service. ECL brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the environmental consulting field. Our team has successfully managed a number of environmental assessments for renewable energy projects within BC.
History
Established in 2009.

Meet the Manager
Mark Green A.
Manager
Mark Green is the Manager of Project Engineering at ECL, where he is responsible for managing the technical design of wind farm projects globally. Prior to joining ECL in 2011, Mark worked as a Senior Wind Engineer and Regional Technical Manager for a leading international wind energy consultancy where he designed wind projects throughout North America totalling over 1000MW. His experience includes providing wind farm project feasibility studies, wind farm layout design, wind flow modeling, wind farm energy yield analysis, business development, and detailed project financial analysis. He studied Mechanical Engineering before graduating from the University of Victoria with a BSc of Physical Geography, double majoring in Commerce (International Business).
