Business Owner

Leading an active and healthy lifestyle is one of my personal priorities and that passion motivates me to helping my clients improve their health and well-​being. Whether I’m practicing power yoga, strength training, running the seawall, or chasing my kids, movement is an integral part of my lifestyle. I like to call it my «fountain of youth».

As a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise and BCRPA, I enjoy pushing my clients to be their personal best and encourage them to exceed their own expectations. I practice what I preach, and I expect my clients to follow suit. I’m here to educate, motivate, and appreciate.
