Went in last week to book flights to Mexico. Had an excellent experience, the agent was super helpful and got me a fantastic deal on flights. The process was very smooth and we ended up finding flights for under my budget with the airline I wanted to fly with! I will definitely be coming back here to book my future trips!

I had a similar experience as posted already– after visiting and getting a little bit of info, I left my email so the agent could look into options for me and never heard from her again. In all fairness, I probably didn’t act very persuaded at the time, but still…

I went to this travel agency last summer to book my vacation to Hawaii. The agent was polite and took down all the info she needed to book to find the best deal. I thought it was weird that she didn’t show us any vacation packages right away, instead she asked is to leave our email and she would send the info that same day. We waited and waited and she never got back to us! We booked our vacation on our own and after we purchased it, she emailed us asking to confirm dates and where we wanted to go… Totally unprofessional. I would give this place another try in the future, but I won’t go in with any expectations!
