STAY AWAY FROM THIS ‘HIDDEN CHARGES’ FILLED COMPANY. We booked a flight from them because the price was reasonable, at «$ 780 each AFTER ALL CHARGES» according to them while we were putting CC information then when we checked we were charged for $ 930 each. Who does this? I should have sticked with xpedia, they never did this to me.

BAD. I bought from them after finding they had what seemed like the best deal on Kayak. So far in the last few months they have sent me about 6 emails saying that my flight times have changed, in some cases taking a 2 hour layover and turning it into an 8 hour one. I have no idea when the updating will end or if I will end up with a flight that will work for our schedule.
Oh, and at least one of the times they made it so my connecting flight took off before the first one landed.

I wrote a scathing review of Flight Network last week because I got stuck with a big service charge for a transaction that I could have handled myself. I felt stupid for not being vigilant about the charge, which was definitely not very obvious until the booking was complete. When I called within two minutes they said it was too late to do anything about it without a high cancellation charge. Then I wrote a letter. To my complete pleasant surprise, they wrote back and did refund the full amount. I would recommend the company but I would pay close attention to who is paying the service charge for services. It is usually the airline but if they don’t pay it, it’s passed on to you. When that is the case, you go directly to the airline itself to complete the booking. Just understand the charges before you press that accept button and Flight Network can be okay.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! I would not even give this site a one star~!!! My reasonably priced ticket turned into a nightmare!!! Change of flight $ 900 fee, another change $ 700 fee, Rude staff, and difficult to reach by phone. No answer to email either! I arrived at the airport to find they hadn’t booked my ticket, leaving me with outrageous fees, huge phone bill fees and hours of frustration sorting it out! STAY AWAY book directly with an airline or use a trusted travel agent but whatever you do save yourself & do not book through this company!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I bought a ticket on the Flight Network site. They are such scammers. They are a Canadian-​based company but they’ve programmed it so their site defaults to the US version (although they can tell by your IP address you are in Canada). This is only to trick you in thinking you are buying a ticket in CAD, while it’s actually USD.
Then they send you a confirmation where they tell you how much you were charged on your credit card (still quoting the US amount without indicating USD next to it), they put a whole bunch of ads for hotel and other things and on the very very bottom in fine print they put «the amount paid is in USD which is equivalent to… CAD». I only realized after seeing the charge on the credit card statement.
I contacted them and was told to send an email. They were unhelpful and rude saying it «clearly» says it’s USD on your confirmation email. I wrote back explaining clear would be to add USD next to the amount quoted not to advise your customer in fine print on the bottom of an email where you’d advertised about hotels before informing the ticket buyer of the currency. The CSR argued back that my IP address was a US one which makes no sense when I’ve given them my address and was sitting at home in BC purchasing the ticket. We are currently disputing it through our credit card.

Be careful when you book your airline tickets. What seemed to be a «cheap flight» and a good deal at first, turned into a nightmare!
There was a problem with the online form, so customer service was contacted to fix the information on the ticket. The airline had been called first (Air Canada), but they said the booking agent had to fix it. The customer service agent for Flightnetwork said she’d do it right away… but we didn’t get a confirmation email, so we had to call in numerous times. I think we called them 5 times in the span of a few days, with each customer service person saying that they’d get to it, and to wait for the confirmation email…
Finally, after someone at the customer service center responded, it was too late to fix the correction on the ticket without being penalized by Air Canada. Of course, Flightnetwork refused to take the blame for it, and claimed that we would have to cancel the old tickets and get new ones… all the while collecting more service fees for their «help».
I know, I know… BUYER BEWARE…
But next time, I won’t be fooled by the cheaper prices. For a few dollars more, I’ll book directly with the airline and save myself the hassle.
Oh, and I’ve discovered Google Flights, so there is no need for FN any more!
