Specialties
Residencial and commercial real estate sales person. Top 10% Realtor in Greater Vancouver (Medallion club 2006)
History
Established in 2003.
Active in Vancouver, and the Tri-City areas, I work with clients from the Iranian communities, many of whom are first-time buyers who have been renting downtown and North shore. They purchase in the Tri-Cities, Northshore and Vancouver. I understand economic trends and the market, and knows these communities well. About 80 percent of business now comes from referrals from friends and past clients, as well as international referrals from the United States and Iran.
I ensure the right price is recommended to the seller to ensure the home gets noticed. I review market demand, nearby competition, recent sales and many other variables that can affect a home’s value, I provide a written property evaluation to the client that reviews area home sales to develop the best pricing strategy that will get my client the most money in the shortest amount of time.
