Frank & Oak

I’ve been a Frank & Oak customer for two years now, and I’ve gotten to the point where at least half my wardrobe comes from this company. I own a suit, two peacoats, a sport coat, some sweaters, many pants, shorts and shirts, and a briefcase. I love nearly every piece and wear them regularly. The fits and styles are fantastic and the construction is usually well done. I do sometimes have issues with stitching, especially around buttons and buttonholes. I don’t expect I’ll stop being a loyal costumer any time soon.
The Vancouver store in particular has friendly, helpful staff. They were able to provide first-​hand experience to aid me in choosing which pomade from Baxter of California to choose, which they sell online and in-​store.

Tried the online ordering for the first time last week (25% off on 40% off sale items!), I’m usually scared to order stuff online since I’m short and very slender and things usually don’t fit me well. I was so pleased! The items were good quality, stylish, and fits me well. I appreciate that the extra buttons on the shirts make me appear taller and the sleeves weren’t too long. Excellent excellent products and Canadian too! Will check out the «real» store in gas town when I have the chance.

Good service, and really nice fabrics and styles for very reasonable prices. I’ll definitely go again next season.

I have been a long time user of Frank and Oak’s online store, and just happened to be traveling to Vancouver right when the physical store was opening up in Vancouver so I just had to stop by. According to the employee I spoke with, this was only a temporary location for the next year (since it is rather small) and they plan to reopen next year in the same area but in a larger location.
The layout of the store is very organized and they mostly carry just the most recent or next to most recent collection (with the delay due to the time it takes for the physical store to receive the most recent collection). Otherwise all the prices are the same so it’s a great way to figure out your size for various pieces in their collection. I would say you would be more likely to find good deals in their online store since they often have sales and I don’t know if the physical store would offer the same deals.
In terms of service, the employees really know their stuff, knowing exactly where things are and able to give you suggestions based on what you are interested in and what you like. They are very knowledgeable about their stock and style so I definitely recommend coming here to give it a shot. Overall, I would consider the quality of their clothing pretty good– it’s definitely not quality supply level, but more a good balance between quality supply and your average Gap or other favorite factory store. And of course, they carry a good amount of classic styles with a spatter of more unique looks to give you a good variety to pick from.
