Dr. Randy Zindler is a genius. I have been to see Randy a total of 4 times in my 25 years. Once when I was 13 for a wry neck — Randy corrected this in one 15 minute session, and the other times when I was 23 for a major pain in my heel(it was diagnosed as many things but never consistently, perhaps plantar faciutus or achilles tendonitis, who knows!) which made it impossible for me to walk. Randy fixed my heel in 3 short 15 minute sessions over the course of 2 weeks and had me back in ship-shape for my hiking trip around Northern Ireland. Members of my family have been coming to see Randy for the past 20 years and we trust no other with chiropractic adjustments. He is the fastest, most effective chiropractor I have ever had. I moved away from Vancouver two years ago and am having a very hard time finding someone as quick and effective as Randy. Most chiro’s I’ve seen have a complex dianosis process with x-rays and electrical sensors, only to develop a regimen that spans months! Randy will have you in and out in a couple of sessions flat. While it’s true the receptionist is a bit brash, and Randy himself isn’t always the most personable — he gets the job done better and quicker than anyone I’ve ever seen. I can’t recommend him enough!

I’d never been to see a chiropractor before my visit to Fraser Chiropractic. I was nervous, because I didn’t know what to expect. I saw Dr. Randy Zindler and he was great about walking me through what to expect, and answering all of my questions before we got started. The tension I was experiencing in my neck & shoulders is completely gone. I definitely recommend Dr. Randy Zindler! I also really like that there’s free parking at Oakridge which makes it really convenient for going to the clinic.

I was having some back pain and called here for an appointment on the recommendation of a coworker. A rude receptionist answers and was very impatient throughout the conversation, even as I spelled my name. This should have been my first clue, but I was in pain so I made the appointment anyway. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by another receptionist(not the one on the phone, I could tell by her voice) that was pleasant until I asked her for a pen to fill out the forms for new patients. Who gives out forms to fill out without a pen? After seeing the Doctor I needed to book another appointment, so I waited patiently for the receptionist(the one from the phone) to finish what she was doing before speaking to her. She looks up at me and says nothing. I said«I need to book another appointment and it needs to be after 4:30pm» «I have 5pm or 5:15pm» I told her either is fine and she snaps at me «Well, which one!?» Deaf or stupid? You choose! After I pay she hands me the receipt with no thank you or any departing words, so I take the receipt and leave. I expect this type of service at McDonald’s, but not at a Chiropractor’s office. These receptionists need to grow up and act professional! Needless to say I have canceled my next appointment, will never come back, or recommend this place to anybody! The doctor wasn’t very personable either, but that’s another review.
