Very little communication. I insisted on waiting til someone could answer my questions in person (I’m from out of town too) after waiting months for simple answer such as our sperm count. Very little involvement and no follow up. Very confusing, I ended up taking half the dose required and didn’t find out til the end. I’m at the Calgary regional fertility clinic now and the difference is night and day. Also, they said my frozen enby was double A grade. I am from out of town so it was very expensive to say the least. –didn’t work. Calgary said the grade was so low they would never have even kept it. Very disappointing. We went here cuz the wait list was the shortest, now it’s a year later and finally at a proper clinic. Don’t waste your precious time.

I had a terrible experience here. Cold, confusing, they made mistakes that created alot of stress, NO follow up, no response to my complaints, very unprofessional. There are other places (west coast fertility, Olive)
Go anywhere but here.

Awful company to deal with. Stay away. They have no idea what they are doing. Always confused, always short staffed, and very unaccommodating.
