Herzog Crystal

The worst customer service ever at Herzog. Four times I tried to order dishes and each time I was told a different answer about the process and status of my order. Very frustrating and time consuming for me. Park Royal store highly UNrecommended!

Good selection of items at very fair cost. They have decent sales and are semi frequent, therefore, it is worth the visit a few times in the year here and there. Nice atmosphere.

Walking back from lunch today I noticed a knife set in a bamboo block with a bamboo cutting board reg $ 99 on sale for $ 39 so I went in and found so many other amazing deals!!! Beautiful handmade champagne glasses reg $ 49 on sale for $ 14.99. So many great deals incredible customer service and a huge selection of china, crystal, knives, pots/​pans, utensils and so much more.

I just popped in here on the way to lunch, I needed a few kitchen items. What a place! They have so many awesome kitchen tools, some of the pricing is unreal as they have up 70% mark downs on some lines. The sales woman was soo nice, sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back, I can’t wait to find some neat little additions.

Herzog carries a lot of beautiful stuff. Here are Swarovski crystal jewellery and figurines, Waterford crystal vases and glasses, dishes from Denby and Wedgewood, silver picture frames by Vera Wang, and all the various china brands that start with «Royal.» Spode! I adore those classic blue dishes.
The selection is amazing, even if the merchandising and store layout is kind of underwhelming. It’s a dark, longish space lined with display cabinets full of expensive stuff — unfortunately, though, the effect is cheap.
On the plus side though, they do often offer discounts on the regular prices of things, and of course, they do bridal registries and special orders. I guess even if it’s not the most beautiful store to shop in, you’ll enjoy their pretty things for years and years to come. That’s what’s important.
