Been seeing Dr Jabbour for years. He is an outstanding doctor. Friendly and helpful. All you can ask for in a family dr.

The service is non existent and the doctor doesn’t even know what he is diagnosing. It’s a shame that many walk in clinics nearby closed down and there aren’t many choices in dt. The receptionist are a joke, it’s like a gong show where no one knows anything. Value 1⁄5 Atmosphere 0⁄5 Service 0⁄5 Quality 0⁄5 1⁄20 my lowest rating ever!

I had an appointment and arrived on time but had to wait because there were 3 – 4 patients before me. I don’t understand the point of giving appointments when you can’t even manage your time. I had to wait for about 40 minutes and there were still 2 people in front of me, when the doctor Jabbour left the treating room and sat in place of the receptionist, doing clerical tasks for a patient that arrived before me but was of the same ethnic background. This was extremely discriminating behavior especially for a «professional doctor»!!

This place is a joke. First time I went there, they wrote an RX out to me with the wrong patient name on it(very organized). Today, I went in for my appointment(which I had called to confirm TWICE) and I wasn’t on their appointment list. The appointment was supposed to be at 10:30 and the doctor didn’t even show up until 10:45. With about five people ahead of me at 11:00, I just walked out. Such an unprofessional environment. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly staffs and a good Doctor. I didn’t have to wait long to get my appointment. Dr. Jabbour took his time to answer my questions in ways I could actually understood them. So I highly recommend this walk in clinic in downtown Vancouver if you are around Yaletown downtown area.

This place is close to work and rarely busy(mostly because it’s new). It’s very convenient for me to get to, which is why I keep going back. The biggest frustration with this place is how much they rely on technology — especially when they really don’t know how to use it. I end up filling out a form on a tablet which gets sent to the receptionists computer — why can’t I just tell her or the doctor what’s wrong? The doctor also prints out his prescriptions and signs them, which ends up taking longer than if he had written it — that’s what happens when you trust printers. When I first went it seems they spelled my name wrong, and my last trip the doctor tried to insist it was spelled wrong on my medical card — suuure. The receptionist and doctor kind of went at it because she knew he was wrong. Overall though everyone is nice, I feel pretty comfortable with the doctor and he’s not hesitant to prescribe me the medication I know I need(gave me extra antibiotics to get rid of a bladder infection and prevent future ones).
