Jack and Miyu Pet Care

I had been planning a long trip over Christmas this past year and the most stressful part of it was trying to find someone to look after my cat while I was away. My pets are very important to me and I did not want to leave Cheddar (my cat) alone unless I knew I had someone to look in on her. I called many different agencies and it seems that in my area (just on the Burnaby side of Boundary) is just outside the service area for most of these pet sittings agencies.
I was recommended Vanessa by one of the other agencies and I am sooooooooo glad that I was able to connect with this lovely person. She was so easy going and came to meet Cheddar right away. Her prices are the most reasonable I have found and she does such a good job.
I came home after nearly a month of being away with a happy, healthy cat! Vanessa sent me regular photos and updates to keep my mind at ease, which I really appreciated. She even went out of her way a few times and definitely went over and above!
In the end I am just so happy to have a reliable and friendly person and business to look after my animals when I go away. It is such a huge relief and a great pleasure to do business with Vanessa at Jack and Miyu!

Vanessa watched my dog Teddy and my two kitties when I had to leave town unexpectedly. She went above and behind by even sending me pictures over the weekend.

We’ve been using Vanessa for two years now, and I absolutely cherish her. She will not hesitate to contact me if she thinks my cats need something or has a question. She always sends me a detailed outline as to what the cats are doing, eating and their overall well-​being.
She also includes a few pictures, usually action shots of them playing. This is especially important to me since one of my cats has high medical needs, so I tend to worry about him more. She is so good with my cats and I have complete trust that when I’m gone, they are in good hands.

Vanessa kept us updated by sending us photos everyday and saying how our cat was doing. She was reliable, and responsible. My Husband and I came home to a happy cat.
