The counselling team at Jericho Counselling specializes in therapeutic conversations designed to help you address concerns about Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, or Addiction. We offer a free 30 minute consultation at any of our convenient locations in Vancouver and Burnaby. Counsellors are available for daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Interac to make things easier and we also have a sliding fee scale to make counselling even more affordable. Jericho Counselling also offers the services of Graduate Intern Counsellors at significantly reduced prices making counselling services accessible to almost everyone.

History

Established in 2001.

Jericho Counselling Services began with one counsellor in a small office in Burnaby and has since grown to a team of more than 10 therapists and counselling interns at several locations throughout Vancouver and Burnaby.

Meet the Business Owner

Dawn S.

Business Owner

Dawn is the Clinical Director at Jericho Professional Counselling Services. She has been working as a counsellor for almost 20 years.

She specializes in therapeutic conversations with people struggling with a broad range of problems and believes that most people can benefit from counselling at some time in their lives.

Dawn is described as an active, energetic, and engaged counsellor who collaborates with clients to create solutions designed to bring relief. Dawn has extensive experience and training with depression, anxiety, anger, communication, sexual orientation, relationships, grief, life transition, family concerns, self-​esteem, marriage, separation, divorce, and addiction.

She counsels individuals, couples, and families and has been recognized for her work with children and youth. Dawn is also well known for her work with the gay and lesbian community.

Dawn is often booked several weeks in advance and is pleased to refer to her colleagues at Jericho Counselling Services.
