Called to ask to remove mattress/​box spring and they cam later that day. Easy peasy! The fee ($ 110) is much higher than stated on the website, but the guy (Tim) on the phone was very clear about that up front and there were no extra fees when they came. I quite liked his manner. Couple of friendly ladies took it away carefully, after calling first to say they were on their way. Said they would try to give it away if they could rather than recycle. My husband will be pleased to have it gone so quickly and easily. Worth the money. I would recommend.

I was looking for ways to dispose my queen size mattress and boxspring but from my Google search, it is very hard to find pickup service at a reasonable price. I came across Junkology, called Tim and he came by the next day. In and out in 5 minutes! Scheduling is very easy and the 2 items cost me $ 110 which I think is worth it. Highly recommended

Tim helped me get rid of our old, beat-​up sofa bed… First of all, the pricing was very reasonable and the final price was the same as the one quoted via e-​mail. Secondly, he responds really quickly when contacted via e-​mail. Thirdly, they came extremely quickly to pick it up (like, within 45 minutes!). I also like that they just don’t take the couch to the dump; they actually pull it apart and recycle much of it. And, lastly, they were extremely professional and polite. And, now I have space for a newer, more comfortable couch for my kids and cats to eventually also wreck. So, I will most definitely be calling Tim again for assistance in the future…

Their rates are excellent (I called around for quotes and theirs was the best) and they are very accommodating with scheduling, including last minute, as was the case both times I used their services. Professional and courteous, would definitely recommend them!
