Just Junk Vancouver

Do not waste your time with this company. We booked them for junk removal and received an email with a confirmation saying they would arrive within a 2-​hour window, and would call us 15min before. Lo and behold, we waited for 2 hours and not a peep from them. No missed calls, nothing. We checked the confirmation email again and again, no we didn’t get the date wrong, they simply didn’t show up.
We called the number provided in their confirmation email in case of questions or other issues, the woman who answered was extremely unhelpful, saying that this was their office line and that she was unable to reach them. When asked what was the point of providing this number in the confirmation email, she blubbered like a dull idiot and repeated herself. No efforts made to help or solve the problem.
This was 2 hours of our weekend wasted at the hands of these incompetent fools. We ended up going to Rid-​of-​It who provided excellent service, I have no complaints at all and highly recommend them.
