I called them about an inquiry and they were more than willing to take time out of their busy Friday schedule to talk to me about my needs. They worked for my coop before in the past which is why I came to them out to begin with. Although they didn’t do any work for me this time the fact that they not only got back to me right away but that they were more than willing to spend an hour going over some logistics for me. My biggest pet peeve is company’s who don’t value communicating with potential customers or team members.

they stood me up today! someone was supposed to come for an inspection between 12 to 3. at 3:45 I called and told them why they didn’t show up, after waiting for a long time on the phone they told me, «0h, the technician thought it was for tomorrow, sorry!» … unreliable people not respecting your time …

I had them do some plumbing at my place and they charges a «truck charge» to get there. The best part was that they also charged me a «tool» charge, which was added to the bill for a job that took much longer than it should have. Don’t use them unless you feel like getting a large bill for little work
