Mega iLL Pizza

So I live in Burnaby and wanted to try their pizza… I called first and told them I had a groupon, they said yes that’s no problem we can take it today.
I head out to Vancouver and get my hair done and call to place my order for pick up. After being hung up on (3 times!) the guy who answered finally goes uhhhh ya and passes the phone to the girl who I spoke to earlier and she tells me that actually they’re not accepting the Groupon that day. WTF! The reason? Because they hired some dj to play at their shithole and so it’s a «Special occasion». Ya… refunded the groupon.

It was my first time visiting Vancouver and I had tried twice! to get a pizza for that shit show of a restaurant, after my second unsuccessful attempt at getting a pizza and dealing with their moronic employees who apparently never talk to each other! I left hurt and I in tears I felt like i had been jerked around completely worse experience I’ve ever had!
When I called them and talked to one of their employees the first time they assured me they would be open no problem, i even inquired about my dispensary card he said no problem so i ordered my pizza. after a 30 $ taxi one way to get there to buy the pizza and presented my dispensary card the employee behind the till looked at me and said
«Oh you wanted an oil pizza?»
Well after i realized that they made the wrong pizza i said what ever i have a taxi waiting, so i pulled out my debit card and they he told me they don’t have a debit machine!!! I left with out my pizza.
I believe in second chance so on my second attempt I had called the restaurant before i went there, i explained that i have a temporary dispensary card, the employee talked to another person and they BOTH! assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, and told me they were no pizza boxes for togo (THE EMPLOYEE SAID NOTHING ABOUT NO DEBIT) i said what ever, I will eat my pizza there. Again i make the 30 $ cab ride there to try this pizza and they refused my temporary dispensary card!!! I was upset! No body remembers the employee, or me calling or any communication, No debit, No togo Boxes, No trained staff. I went back to my table and packed my stuff, What I assume is the manager, began to yelled at me for not knowing they didn’t have debit, cause they never had debit since they open!!! I reviewed their online website 50 times! i does not say anywhere that they do not have a debit machine or that they only take cash, they market their business to locals and tourist but present nobody with information! I’ve never dealt with such an immature business
These people give Stoner’s a bad name, I will never eat there or spend my money into that so called business, don’t waste your time cause I sure wasted mine.
FYI cash only usually means your not paying taxes

Simply delicious, fresh pizza. And it smells really nice in here. Had the pulled pork roared pineapple pie, with in-​house grilled pineapple and in-​house 7h pulled pork. Bravo! Will be back with my friend who has a medical card to get the reviews of the infused pizza.
