Mehndi & More Body Art specializes in temporary tattoo event entertainment. We supply face painting, body painting, henna, glitter tattoos, airbrush tattoos, full-​body airbrushing and hair wraps.

We are available for any type of event from private parties to corporate events to city-​wide celebrations. Some of our corporate clients are Toyota, Cirque du Soleil, Kelloggs, Prudential, Pfizer, Canadian Pacific Railway, lululemon, Cathay Pacific, Telus and Ferrero. We’re also a favourite at school dry grads and festivals.

We offer home parties for groups of 5 people or more. On occasion we may serve single customers at a downtown private studio, but you must contact us first to make an appointment. Please see our website for a list of festivals we will be attending this summer. We would love to meet you there.

Mehndi & More also sells Home Henna Tattoo Kits on our website, so you can create beautiful tattoos at home. Contact us for face painters, best temporary tattoos, event entertainers, children birthday entertainmers, and kids party & event planning.

History

Established in 2002.

The business owner — Leanne Fogarty — started the company with only face painting, henna and hair wrap services. By the end of 2003, the business grew to include airbrush tattoos and body painting. Full-​body airbrushing and glitter tattoos were added to the menu list soon after.

Initially, the temporary face and body art services were only available in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Today, Mehndi & More also has artists in Victoria, Calgary and Edmonton.

Meet the Business Owner

Leanne F.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Leanne fell in love with Vancouver during a 12-​month working visa in 1993. She immigrated to Canada the very next year and became a Canadian citizen in 2014. She still lives in Vancouver and enjoys everything the vibrant city has to offer. Mehndi & More Body Art has many artists but Leanne still enjoys getting paint on her hands at all kinds of events. When asked for the favourite part of her job, she said «The beaming smile across the customer’s whole face when I’ve finished. I love that!»

Leanne is an active member of the Canadian Association of Face and Body Artists (CAFABA) and is a Certified Artist with the International Certification of Natural Henna Arts (ICNHA).
