Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’m not too clued up when it comes to laptops and computers but these guys were on hand to answer all of my questions and make sure i got the best laptop for my needs. Would definitely go back to them for any other computer goods/​services.

KNOWLEGABLE; FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO HELP:
Last week I pick up a — 24 Hrs Vancouver Newspaper — an ad «Mikes Computer Shop, specialize in Lenovo Computer Products «caught my eye, because I just bought a Lenovo ThinkPad 8 Tablet. if anything goes wrong, at least I have a place to go in Vancouver instead of dealing with long distance call somewhere overseas and hard to understand them never mind help you solve your problems, I wrote the name down in my notebook for future reference.
I have been using computer for long-​time and have an old HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK, for some reasons the CD/​DVD DRIVE stop working for sometime, I have consulted several Computer Repair Geek stores, they all told me the notebook is too old, they are unable to find an update driver for it. Since I don’t use it that much anymore, I just give up fixing this thing for sometime now.
I was looking to buy a DOCKING STATION to hook up Lenovo ThinkPad 8 Tablet recently acquired, I go to «MIKES COMPUTER STORE on Kingsway, Vancouver» enquiry about what they have available. The store Supervisor — Andrew — help me to select and a lot of suggestion, I was very impressed. from talking to him, I find him is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
As I have almost give up hope of repair my HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK but Andrew impressed me of his knowledge about computer, he may be able to solve the problem for me. I took the HP NOTEBOOK to him the next day, it really surprised me that take him less the 15 minutes to find an update driver to restored the function of the CD/​DVD DRIVE in my HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK. I discovered that they not only good for LENOVO products but also to all the other products.
They are very knowledgeable; friendly service and eager to help. why go anywhere else. instead of wasting your time to those so call GEEK STORE, just go direct to MIKES COMPUTER SHOP, they will solve or try to help you solve your problems. I am highly recommend this store to anyone.
