The place is hit and miss depending on the staff or the day. Sometimes half the toppings are out of stock or just not being bothered to be refilled. Lettuce isn’t on display and is on a request only basis. I wouldn’t say the sizes are well portioned as once was bothered as a couple infront of me paid for 2 small burritos and I paid for a mucho one with extra meat making my burrito 5 $ more expensive and I ended up with a smaller burrito even taking all the options.

I go to the location in Burnaby at Market Crossing ALL the time and love it. This location, however, was terrible. First, they tried to put my salad in a burrito takeout container instead of the salad takeout container, which would make the salad MUCHMUCH smaller than it’s supposed to be. Once I received my salad, I noticed that most of the lettuce leaves were frozen. Not very pleasant to eat. Worst of all, the chicken was probably the driest I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely not going back to this location.

Worst Mucho Burrito — Delicious Glass Well, I’m very dissapointed. I love Mucho Burrito, they craft wonderful burritos every time I visit one. This location however, dropped the ball. I ordered a Jarritos soda with my burrito, as I always do, the staff could not find the bottle opener as I was waiting. «Well, I gotta do something» she said. Then she disappeared with the soda to the kitchen, I assumed find the bottle opener. nope. She returned and placed the bottle back on my tray, the top of the bottle shattered off. SHATTEREDOFF. Wow, so I asked her«how am I supposed to drink this?» She proceeded to pour the soda out of the broken bottle and into a plastic cup. The other staff members simply asked her how she opened the bottle, and did not apologize or reimburse me with my soda money back or a new soda. I will never return to this location. Go to the one on Davie and Burrard — much better. The Burrito was acceptable.

When Mucho Burrito first came into the neighbourhood, I was convinced they were gonna go tits up, lickety-split. Their name sounds about as appealing and imaginative as Chucky Cheese so my hopes were pretty darn low. Not to mention, La Taqueria is right around the corner so I didn’t think people would want their fill of Mexican from something so clearly unauthentic when the real deal is just a hop, jump and a skip away. I was wrong. Much Burrito is a decent franchise. I have tried another downtown, and this one blows them out of the water. The service is fast, the prices are good, the venue is clean and the food is quite decent. I actually find myself craving a burrito as I write this — they are really quite tasty(and really the only option around for a burrito around here — don’t get me started with Chronic Tacos). My only complaint is that I swear they used to have bigger burritos, but even their small size fills the stomach. Check it out! They make a fine burrito.

Tasty tasty! I have a serious love of burritos, and Mucho Burrito now sits in the solid 2nd tier, above Taco del Mar but behind Budgies. What I like most is that They put real vegetables in their veggie burrito! Peppers and onions that have been precooked(sautéed I think). Not just shredded iceberg lettuce — I’m looking at you Taco del Mar. But they only have 3 burrito options – meat, fish, and veggie– which is why they rank behind Budgies. Next time, I’m trying the tacos!

Came with group of four: 2 carnivores, 1 vegetarian, 1 with dietary restrictions. Food is fresh and customizable. Tastes higher quality & feels healthier than Chronic Tacos. Servers doing their best to keep it snappy, tasty, and clean. Good layout, good for groups /families. Everyone happy for $ 10ish each. Will come again to this fast fresh value stop. Pro tip: 2015 Entertainment Book coupon gets you free burrito with purchase of any identical burrito + 2 bottled drinks.

For overall ambience, cleanliness, taste and best of all, value: how can they sell this for just under $ 8?!(as per pic). It’s even ‘meatier’ than Chiptotle, though I ordered vegetarian, gotta watch my meat intake now lol. Fresh guacomole and corn/salsa. Maybe not as trendy as a Chiptotle, but not as crazy busy either. Good location here, with booth seating too. Patio action in the summer. Fast service, they’ve got 3 – 4 workers, much better than a Subway.

Freshly grilled veggies, tasty meat, good prices, and the place is always dead, so you never have to wait in line. One of my go-to quick and easy dinner spots.

I love this place. They have the best veggie burritos around. I like how they add veggies in for vegetarians. I haven’t ever tried their meat options so I’m not sure on how they taste. Whenever I am near Broadway I try and stop by for lunch. I’m so excited for the Mucho Burrito Richmond location to open up next year!

I go by this place all the time on my way to and from Michael’s, however, didn’t think to stop in until now. It was really dead inside due to the weather which was good for me since I just wanted some peace and quiet. I had the trio of tacos. They have gluten free corn tortillas in either soft or hard format. The tacos themselves for vegan were okay for fast food Mexican. Lady at the til looked as though she wanted to be elsewhere than serving me. Dirt cheap prices.

Yummy food, reasonable prices, nice and clean inside. An excellent lunch option! The service can be uneven, but many staff members are very kind and helpful. :)

Had to try it, and it’ll be the last time I go. Nearly every other taco/burrito joint in the city is better. Sub par service, below average flavour and quality. Go to chipotle instead.

My daughter and I enjoy coming here for the burritos. They are very good. The servers always look a little unhappy and could use a little help in customer service area but I always come back for the food anyway. A smile once in a while would help a lot!

Yum! Best burrito I have had in Vancouver so far. I’ve tried numerous burritos around Vancouver — and this one was best(thus far!). They are veg friendly — which of course is always a plus! I came here with a friend(she recommended it) and she said was one of the better burrito places in Vancouver(nearby enough to where we were that we could go on a 1 hour lunch break!) and she was certainly not wrong. Service was good — nothing special. Easy to order and quick! Again — always a plus when going on a lunch break and you don’t want to be late back to work/training!

Mucho Burrito is a great Mexican place hidden away on W Broadway and Ash street. They specialize in burritos, but they also have tacos, taco salads, quesadillas, and other mexican cuisine. There’s lots of seating, and for a fast food restaurant it’s pretty clean. Where they really shine is their price point. After 5PM on weekdays, or on the weekends, you can get a 12″ burrito with either chicken, beef, pork, or veggies for $ 5. The burrito also comes with sauteed veggies, rice, beans, salsa(with a variety of spice levels), and their special sauce. You’re definitely full afterwards, and it doesn’t break the bank. Outside of the $ 5 burrito, the prices are definitely reasonable. The prices aren’t listed on their online menu, but you can easily get a variety of meals for $ 10 or less. If you’re in the area and craving some Mexican food, definitely check out Mucho Burrito.

BOOKS, BURRITOS, ANDBEER. Winning combo. After a rough week at school, I needed a pick-me-up and the triple B managed to do the trick. Hopped off the B-line at Broadway-Cambie, and headed straight for Mucho Burrito — upon arrival, my friend and I realized that after 5 pm, all of their 12″ burritos were $ 5! How could we pass up that bargain? Answer: we couldn’t. We had 20 minutes to kill until the witching hour, so we went across the street to Book Warehouse where I promptly proceeded to buy a book. Finally, burrito time arrived. We can debate all day about the«authenticity» of places like Mucho Burrito, but the bottom line is that it tastes good and I like it. White or whole wheat tortillas are available in a variety of sizes, although why anyone would trade the weird cardboardy taste of whole wheat tortillas for like, a negligible added fiber bonus and delusional perception of healthy eating is totally beyond me. There are a number of different filling options, i.e. various meats, veg, or fish, and you get to add the finishing touches of your choice assembly line style. Rice, sauteed veggies, black or pinto beans, salsa, cilantro, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese, house sauce — the whole gamut is available for your mixing and matching delight. Their hot salsa is actually kind of hot. Guacamole is available at an additional charge, which I am completely willing to pay when the burrito itself is only a fiver. The employees are super friendly and the premises are very clean. They currently do not offer cervezas but their menu advertises domestic and imported beers as «Coming Soon!» In the meantime, do as I did, cross the street again and hit Rogue for their selection of brews on tap.

October Review: 8⁄30 I wasn’t really sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Right now they are doing a $ 5 medium burrito special during dinner so that’s what I did. I chose the beef, which was quite tasty, added rice, grilled onions, beans, and some various salsas and sauces, and sat down to a huge and quite delicious burrito. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean and overall it was well worth 5 bucks!

At about 8pm dozen hungry cyclists showed up locked our bicycles to the racks in front of the store. We ordered food and ate on restaurants patio in the evening sun. The food is good a little dry for Mexican Food but very tasty. Another very nice summer night out. Very Bike Friendly place and the staff are very helpful. PS Vegans may want to skip this place they did not have enough details about their ingredients to be sure the food was vegan or even vegetarian.

Holy. Burrito. So after running a bunch of errands, we were starving, and I had a hankering for some Mexican. I wasn’t expecting much, I thought it would be another Taco Time. man was I wrong, and I’m sorry. The concept is like a subway restaurant for mexican — you pick your meat and then they burrito it up for you, adding whatever fixings you want. I got the«Pequeno» and he got the«Mucho». He regretted getting the mucho about 30 seconds after asking for it, that thing was a beast. My Pequeno I couldn’t even finish. The beef was great, the fillings tasted heavenly, and there was a LOT of food jam packed in there. The Mucho, I’m not joking, looked like it was a brick. It’s massive, you could feed a small family with that thing — and for that, the pricing was good. The home made tortilla chips just finished off an excellent meal, well, excellently. I have told my chipotle-loving friends that on this side of the border, Mucho Burrito is the new Chipotle.

I walked into this place thinking to try a new Mexican food /healthy eating, as the location seemed rather new. Upon walking in, I noticed everybody sitting down were employees, and they were basically still setting up the restaurant. I asked about the restaurant and the owner actually gave me a tour of the back kitchen, and showed me all the fresh ingredients they use in preparing their salsas, etc… Overall, looks like a healthy setup and non-greasy, healthy alternative to other fast foods, but I have yet to try it so looks like I’ll be updating this review!
