Our instructors are amongst the best in Canada. All are award-winning industry professionals with accomplished careers in acting, make-up artistry or aesthetics and years of experience behind them. Each of our instructors is encouraged to pursue their own careers in their chosen fields to bring fresh insights into their teaching.

History
Established in 1980.
New Image College of Fine Arts was founded nearly three decades ago and has come to be a college of fine arts offering career choices in professional acting, teen acting, make-up artistry and aesthetics.
Charlotte Dyke initially conceived of New Image as a fashion company and agency focusing on work with women and teens in the development of self-improvement skills. Under the guidance of her daughter, Charie, and Charie’s husband, John Craig, New Image has become one of the most sought-after colleges for individuals seeking creative careers.

Business Owner
Charie van Dyke, daughter of founder Charlotte Dyck, has run New Image College of Fine Arts for over twenty years. Charie’s vision has been instrumental in developing New Image into a full-fledged fine arts college and film production company. As of 2011, Charie personally oversees the operation of the school and maintains an open-door policy for each and every student.
