Absolutely horrible company. I had the incredible misfortune of dealing with their Surrey office and can honestly say that I will never allow these people into my business again. If you want to read the full review you’ll find it on the Surrey page
Remember if your insurance company recommends these guys, you do have the right to say no. There are better companies out there that cost the same and actually know what respect means.

OUTSTANDING!!! I must give huge props and thank you to you guys for helping us after our flood. We had a fire in 2009 which we lost everything and the previous restoration company was a shady joke. Because they cut corners and did crappy work, we had the flood after a bent pipe burst.
On Side came to the rescue: Chris Graham, Mike Tai, Evin Wilkinson, Vic Mardikian and Tim Willey… we must personally give you guys a shout out for such a sooth, professional job. Your company is so thorough, accommodating and fast. You showed care and sensitivity to the tragedy and went over and above the call of duty. Without a shadow of a doubt we would highly recommend you…

When our toilet overflowed into our living room carpet
Our insurance adjuster sent On Side restoration
Out to help us, it was the most horrible experience ever!
First two fat women arrived to pack up what belongings could be salvaged and after 15 minutes of working they had a series of 20 min breaks
First to eat yogurt and then to smoke
Then to make personal call s and they proceeded to discuss their personal lives with each other as our belongings were in the sewer water !
When their manager arrived he seemed more interested In saving the insurance company money on the claim than he was interested in properly restoring our home
I was so upset that I asked them all to leave immediately and found an independent
Family run restoration Co
What a night and day difference !
They had a crew remove all the wet drywall and acted like they were a friend of the family I could not believe the difference in competence and care that the Independent co showed us!
Moral of the story is do not accept your insurance brokers suggestion to have on side or their «preferred vendors «
to work in your home
Find your own and have them bill your insurance co directly
You have the right to decide who works I’n your home. the broker recommended company’s do not owe you their loyalty only to the insurance co that assigns them the work !
I found this out after the fact, don’t use this company it will be a nightmare !
