Best shoe repair place I’ve gone to. I would probably not go anywhere else other than here.
I was sort of holding my breath and praying that another pair of my designer shoes won’t be ruined.
I’ve been to the one at Pacific centre and main street that were highly recommended… And I’ve had bad experiences… Especially with my Valentino’s… Since the edges are more rounded or something anyways. They did a fantastic job!!!

I would not recommend this place, he wanted to charge me $ 120 to take in the calf of my new Justfab cheap (not real leather) boots, when I recall only paying $ 40 (Aldo, real leather) in the past at Moneysworth in Pacific Center. Also he was very rude when I asked why it would cost so much and he gave me a look like I insulted his ancestors and said Because it’s a big job. Seriously? At least explain how, maybe I can justify that outrageous quote. But not only that, I was across the hall in the pharmacy and one of the guys was staring at me with a smirk on his face and I could tell right away that they were talking about me. I think I should be able to go into a business and ask questions without being made to feel dumb, that’s why I went to you, to get informed, not to be make fun of.
I had pretty much the same consistent treatment like the other people reviewing this place, so unless you’re looking to be the butt of a joke, I suggest going somewhere else, like Moneysworth or in your local neighborhood.

Best shoe repair place in the downtown core! I bring all of my shoes here and the repair or resole always comes out perfectly!

No better shoe renew. They’ve been fixing my Prada, Amalfi, Fluevogs for at least 12 years.

I should preface this by saying I haven’t had any shoes repaired here. I took a boot in to have the zipper replaced, but was quoted $ 75 for the repair (for one boot, bear in mind, not for the pair). Eek! On top of that, the attitude of the man who quoted me seemed like he really didn’t care if he got my business or not. In fact, I almost wondered if he threw out an overly high price because he actually didn’t want to do the repair.
Thankfully I opted not to pay this ridiculous fee and instead took them to a shoe repair in Abbotsford when visiting my family out there, who did the replacement for only $ 15. I can certainly understand paying a bit more here in the city vs out in the burbs, but a $ 60 difference? I could buy a new pair of boots for that. They would be crappy boots, but my point remains.

I had a shoe fixed here — after 2 days it fell apart and I took it back — they wanted to charge me again and even denied having done the repair in the first place.
Would not go here again — walk 500m and go to the shoe repair in the Royal Centre.

I’ve been getting all of my high end shoes (Ferragamo, Dior, etc.) repaired and re-​soled here and they always do a spectacular job. The products they use are top-​of-​the-​line and the service is great too. My shoes always come out looking like new, even though they are not. I get my designer shoes soled here before I wear them and it really helps to extend the wear. Highly recommend!

Parsons was recommended by the fine folks at Fluevog, and they did a very nice job restoring the heels on my expensive boots. As an added bonus, the proprietor are extremely nice.
They are in the underground mall under Bentall One/​Two (under the Bank of Montréal). If you can’t find it, go to the Skytrain plaza and take the north door into Bentall, then turn left (away from the Bank of Montréal entrance).

Located in the bottom level of the Bentall complex, this appears to be a small family run shoe repair business.
Came here to get the heels redone on one of my shoes. I was in no hurry, so next day service at 4PM was fine for me.
They did a good job. The heel was a Topy heel and is more durable than the heels that came with the shoes at purchase.
$ 30 is about right for the job. 5% discount if you pay cash.
