Overall a great experience. I visited twice in a week as I was in desperate need of some relief. While it was relaxing, I left both visits with the sense that I didn’t quite get what I was hoping for. My expectation was a deep, firm head massage but what I got was more of a gentler technique that didn’t allow for a firm touch. After my first visit I made a follow up appointment. On my second visit I asked if we could ramp up the pressure. Still, not quite what I was hoping for. It felt great though. So, overall I would recommend Raku. The Japanese technique is gentle and relaxing. The service is excellent and overall a great experience.

Simply amazing! If you have not tried Japanese head massage, you have to try this place. Tomoe delivers the best head massage experience to her client every single time. I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now. Every time I come to her place, I find peace and serenity. And I’m still amazed by her skill and top notch service level. This place is magical. I have never felt more relaxed than after I have a head massage here.
From the beginning of the treatment you are made to feel so welcomed and like you are in good hands. Fresh brewed tea, warm blankets for your body and feet and a comfortable reclining chair are all part of the experience here that make me feel at such peace. The massage therapist is exact in her expertise and will have you feeling rejuvenated in no time.

I had a headache & feeling unwell this morning so I decided to try the total rejuvenation therapy.
It was really, really relaxing.
After the therapy, my head feel much lighter and the soreness in my neck and shoulder are pretty much gone!

This a great relaxing technique. Professional service and friendly staff. Mind is soothed from the good music and tea. And the massage is so relaxing that you will fall asleep in 20 minutes! And then you wake up fresh and energized. Highly recommend this place for a good head massage

I’ve visited twice and I’ve come out light as a cloud!
This therapy is great for de-stressing and extremely deep relaxation. My therapist was a real pro, and she took the time to give me a lot of tips on self-care treatment.
I’ve never been to a place in town that treats the scalp and face in the same way as they do at Raku. This is great for circulation, relieving headaches and general well-being.
