History

Established in 2005.

Mike Rampf and Shawn Anderson met while attending the University of British Columbia in the early 2000’s. Mike was completing Sauder School of Business’ marketing degree and Shawn was pursuing a materials engineering degree but would later enter Sauder, ultimately graduating UBC with a B.Com in Real Estate.

Following university, Mike initially teamed up with a reputable Vancouver real estate team before branching off and joining up with Shawn following Shawn’s two year role in real estate appraisals.

Shawn uses his extensive knowledge of real estate product and neighbourhood expertise to assist you throughout the buying and selling process.

If you’re reading this, you found your realtor. Mike is very knowledgeable, precise and professional and he knows Vancouver housing very well. He advised us which condo building is ‘real’ concrete, steel and wood frame buildings. He gave us great advice on which property to look out for and which condo buildings to steer clear from (special levies and major deficiencies — which is very very important!!!), he basically asked us what our plans are in 2 – 5 years and align what condos best suited our lifestyle. Do we need a gym? Do we need a pool? Do we like walking or running? Is location really that important? Do you care about noise or no noise? These things add up to your monthly maintenance fees. Brad and I are both very happy and very impressed and we trust him. He gave us an educational step by step on what to do and what not to do with our renovation. These things are very important. I strongly recommend Mike and his team. They have a solid real estate background. Again, if you are reading this, you found your realtor who will guide you every step of the way and find your future fabulous home.
