History

Established in 2006.

Red Tree Wellness has been providing Greater Vancouver with professional standards of Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine since its inception in the Fairmont Medical Building.

Inspired by the world’s tallest trees, the Coast Redwood trees — Sequoia Sempervirens — and its meaning to the Cherokee Indians, «The Sequoia Semperviren is the Coast Redwood tree, and is the tallest living thing on earth. To the Cherokee Indians, it represents wisdom, healing, and independence. The Coast Redwood tree is resistant to fire and insect infestation, and can reach the age of 2,200, hence the name „Sempervirens“ as it means „ever-living“. Coast Redwoods are truly unique, but probably their most significant quality is their ability to evoke a profound emotional and inspirational impact. Their towering majesty cannot fail to touch your very soul.». Red Tree Wellness drew from this inspiration as its mission and vision of providing healing and wisdom.
