Refine & Design began by specializing in unique lofts and living spaces, later graduating to luxury homes in Vancouver’s prominent neighborhoods. We are also currently renovating nightclubs, cafes, sound studios, medical suites and other small commercial projects.

Sam Wainwright has years of experience in business and has been building and renovating custom homes and loft spaces for over a decade. Sam’s strengths are managing his team, designing projects to refine people’s lives, and working with his clients to achieve any goal and vision they may have. He believes in honest business and that there is never a problem that can’t be solved. Sam aspires to deliver the best quality renovation and building services in the Vancouver area, while maintaining quality customer relationships and enhancing the lives of every person involved in the renovation/​building process. We are listed as a Holmes Preferred Contractor (application pending).
