I love giving 5 starts reviews because it means that I was exceptionally satisfied with the service that I received.
It also means that instead of complaining about someone’s job performance, I can complement and recommend their service, which I’d rather do. Restoring Data definitely deserves the compliments, as they literally saved me twice from forever losing all of my data which, if had happened, would have been devastating for me.
Unfortunately, this year I had technical issues with two laptops, one after another. The first one crashed one day unexpectedly. I lost everything, or at least that was what I initially thought. I could not believe it was actually happening to me.
Other than important documents, there were a lot of my family photos that I did not back up. The thought of losing these photos was unthinkable. I immediately started to search for data restoration companies and eventually chose Restoring Data. It was a big decision to make since this could have been «we recovered your data» or «sorry, it is unrecoverable» kind of deal.
Restoring Data was trustworthy from the first call. The rep immediately understood the problem (as well as the emotional aspect of it) and promised to do the best they could to recover my data. I then felt much better and a lot more optimistic as I felt that I was dealing with a highly reputable company.
After submitting my laptop, I was assigned a case manager who called and explained to me the failure and what was required in order to recover the data. The case manager constantly kept in touch with me during the entire service, which was very much appreciated. They were able to rescue my entire data and placed it on a new hard drive.
Soon after, my second laptop started to act flaky. I was already relocated to the States but that didn’t prevent me from immediately contacting Restoring Data again. I shipped my drive to them and about 8 days later I received everything back!
I am hoping this review will be helpful and save you time looking for a reputable and trustworthy data recovery company. I highly recommend Restoring Data for their highly skilled and professional team. For me these were a couple of lifesaving jobs.

To have your computer suddenly not work and thinking that all that was on it is gone forever is the worst feeling in the world. I didnt know what to do. I did a search on google and found ReStoring Data Inc.
