Popped in to pick up the pop sale. When paying I was trying to pull up a coupon and found it as my mom too quickly handed her money. Priya, the cashier, had just cashed the transaction. I mentioned I had a coupon for $ 2 off on the entire purchase, and she said «well the transaction is already done and is don’t know how to redo it»
Yes, I probably should’ve pulled up the coupon earlier however Priya was not interested in going above and beyond to help us out.
I’ve worked in retail before and it’s not an unfamiliar situation. Albeit it may be different at rexall, but i could’ve just asked her to refund the items of the transaction and ring them through again, this time with the coupon discount. It’s not science.
Overall: customer service needs to be touched up on.
I’ll be driving the extra ten minutes to the main and 33rd location. They are AWESOME there.

Can almost give this a 4-​star, but why, just a pharmacy lol.
But great food/​pop deals here all the time, right at the front. Today’s deal is a 24 cans for $ 2.99 (3 limit) or Lay’s regular-​size bags, 2 for $ 5.
Friendly pharmacist in the back, took more time to show where to go in the aisles compared to the older Shoppers a few blocks down the street.
Own parking lot too, meter machine.
