4 hourly studios, rates include GST:

— 237: 160sq-​ft, $ 16/​hr

— Red Room: 180 sq-​ft, $ 18/​hr

— Grey Room: 180 sq-​ft, $ 18/​hr

— Stage Room: 500 sq-​ft, $ 25/​hr

The Stage room includes a riser and can accommodate large bands — perfect for pre-​show music rehearsal. Stage, Red & Grey rooms include a PA with mics, drum shells/​stands, bass amp, and guitar cabs. Other gear available to rent.

Owned and operated by musicians for musicians, Sanctuary takes great pride in providing well maintained and professional music gear in a clean environment with friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Our goal is to ensure you have a productive and inspiring rehearsal and a place you can call your Musical Sanctuary. With 4 hourly rooms ranging from $ 16-​$ 25 (including tax) all rooms include mics, full PA, bass rig, drum kit and guitar cabs. Guitar heads, cymbals and snare are not included but are available to rent for a low additional cost.
