History
Established in 2001.
In 2000 Sean was one of the first candidates to complete the B.C. Real Estate Licensing Course while living out of Province. When told in November that it would take at least 3 months to complete the course, Sean was determined to beat the odds. Completing the course in just a few weeks, Sean passed the exam in early December and passed with a 90% score.
Sean joined RE/MAX Real Estate Services immediately and began helping clients to buy and sell homes.
In 2006 Sean completed the Real Estate Broker’s Licensing course. This higher level of licensing is required to run a real estate brokerage.
Over that last 15 years Sean’s achievements have been recognized through many peer awards recognizing top performing REALTORS® including:
RE/MAX® 100% Club; RE/MAX® Platinum Club; RE/MAX® Hall Of Fame
REBGV Presidents Club Team (Top 1% of REALTOR Teams); REBGV Medallion Club Individual (Top 10% of REALTORS)

I graduated in 1979 from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree, and I left Ireland a year later to come to Canada. Having lived in Vancouver since 1980, my knowledge of the area, combined with my experience and understanding of the requirements of buying and selling homes, makes the process a success for everyone from first time buyers to experienced home owners looking to sell.
Real estate keeps me busy virtually every day of the week, so there is little time for hobbies. I do, however, manage to find a few weeks for travel each year and continue to add new places to the list of over 36 countries I have visited worldwide. I also enjoy cooking, and when time permits I love to draw on my travel experiences when experimenting in the kitchen.
