I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Life Coach and Leadership Development Consultant in Vancouver, BC. I assist clients to overcome obstacles and reach goals in all areas of their lives.

I specialize in helping executives develop strong emotional strategies and emotional intelligence skills, which have been found to make the difference between star leaders and merely average ones. I have developed a unique and cutting-​edge 7-​week program to work with executives to build: purpose and meaning, trust, healthy emotions and beliefs, empathy, constructive communication, engaged feedback, and creativity/​innovation.

I also work with individuals to create happy personal lives, helping them to flourish and grow by developing skills and tools for better relationships with themselves and others.

I have a Master’s degree in Counselling and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I also bring with me 18+ years of business experience and many significant personal life experiences, which I believe help me to understand my clients’ needs and which provide me with the skills necessary to achieve positive change.

The values which guide my counselling/​coaching/​consulting practice are those of trust, respect, honesty, transparency and professionalism. You will be heard and understood in a compassionate, supportive and genuine environment. Your sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and your personal autonomy will always be respected.
