I haven’t been here in about 20 years — wow has it ever changed!!! I recall walking by over the past few years and it always appeared like the same old Body Shop. This location went through a renovation recently and I’m so impressed!
I received a Vitamin C moisturizer sample in the mail and upon googling for free/​discounted birthday deal in the city, I noticed the Body Shop offers a $ 10 voucher + 10% off with the purchase of their membership card ($ 10). So the two cancel each other out! I also saw online that they were having a Buy 3 Get 3 free sale.
How could I go wrong? I bought 6 + 6 free! Also purchased the membership. Used my birthday voucher. Accumulated points, apparently enough for a $ 40 redemption!
I just tried a few of my purchases tonight and I’m quite thrilled. Both staff members that helped me out were quite knowledgable and incredibly friendly, particularly the cashier. I will definitely be telling people to revisit this place if they have not been in years!

I love the body shop and everything about it! I over the coconut product and the white musky the best! The only thing I am upset about is that I don’t like the service.

I have been shopping here since high school. I love their products. I am a sucker for anything and everything that smells like any sort of citrus fruit. Lately they’ve been having some amazing sales. I walked in the other day at this and another location where they had a buy 2 get 1 free and or buy 3 and get 3 free… of course I stocked up. Sales and til lady were friendly.
This location in particular is always busy since it is downtown, however, never had any issue with finding some assistance and or getting in and out in a timely manner, even during the holiday season.

great product with good price but the shopping is so slow! It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order on line. I ordered on Dec 30 and Jan 1 is a holiday. but they didn’t ship out my order until Jan 7^th! if I know they are this slow, I would just drive myself to a body shop location near me. this is my first time ordering on line with them and never again.

I really like their products. They smell good, feel good and they are fair trade products which ensures that the products they sell are acquired ethically from various countries. It’s not the main reason I buy their products but I do like the idea that I am supporting a good cause while I am purchasing my favourite items from The Body Shop.
I have been a fan of their products on and off since my school days. I am going to date myself here but I remember buying their fragrance oil when I was in high school. I parted ways from them but I have come back to them again.
I am a big fan their body scrubs, shower gel and hand soaps. And if you purchase through their sales, they end up costing not that much more than drug store brands. Their peppermint foot scrub is also great.
I also signed up for their Body Shop card. I know they always try to sell it to you when you buy stuff but they are a good deal if you buy it in your birth month. It costs $ 10.00 to buy but in your birthday month you get $ 10.00 off your purchase.

I stopped going to the Body Shop a few years ago because it was too expensive. Now that Bath and Body Works has become their main competitor, the Body Shop has the most amazing deals ever. I like their products much better than Bath and Body works, I think they are better quality products and I prefer their line of scents. The Body Shop constantly has this buy 1 get 1 ½ off deal, buy 2 get 1 free, and buy 3 get 2 free. It is such a great deal and I’ve gotten so many products from them as a result. They also sometimes have this deal where you can buy any 3 items in the store for $ 30. That deal is incredible and I always stock up on the most expensive things I can get my hands on.
Also, if they ask you if you want the Body Shop card, GO FOR IT! I have probably gotten almost $ 100 of free stuff with that card, and if you buy enough the first time, the card is pretty much free. I’m so glad that they have all these great deals, because I am in love with their products. I use the Vitamin E line as a skin care régime and it is so moisturizing and make my face so soft. I’m also a big fan of their Cocoa Butter Body Butter and Exfoliating scrub. Plus, with all the deals you get to try a ton of new things.
Their staff is also very helpful and friendly, and will give you great recommendations for your skin type. I definitely wouldn’t buy my cosmetic products anywhere else!

I have been into the Body Shop several times but today was the first time I have ever bought anything! For so long I disregarded The Body Shop as too expensive but as I get older I am happy to pay more for quality so I decided to give it a shot. I also love that they use ethical and fair trade ingredients in all their products and are involved in some very important social causes.
They were having a red bag sale so for $ 5 you buy a bag and anything you fit in it is 50% off, you pretty much make your money back after buying 1 regular size item, how can you possible lose with a bargain like that?
It’s the weekend before Christmas so I «pre-​shopped» on line and went in with a list on a mission to get in and out as fast as possible, they had everything I was looking for and they staff were all super helpful and friendly.
I left the store with my sanity intact with 5 regular sized items and a body brush for only $ 52! The best part is I had a $ 40 gift certificate from Groupon that I got got $ 20 so it really only cost me $ 32!!! Bargains like that can’t be beat!

The Body Shop is an oldie but goodie — pretty much a staple in every major shopping district in ever major city across Canada. Vancouver’s no different, and you’ll find the store underground in Pacific Centre Mall. There used to be a larger retailer on Robson, but I believe it moved, perhaps indicating the company isn’t doing as well as it used to? I hope that’s not the case — The Body Shop was built on the idea of creating eco-​friendly, globally conscious beauty products that not only go easy on Mother Nature, but help her, too.
The Body Shop offers over 100 products that contain fair-​trade ingredients such as cocoa butter, shea butter and sesame oil. My personal favourite (and a consistent part of my beauty regiment) is the coconut body butter.
