I am a first time home buyer and Jordan was recommended to me by a friend who had been very pleased with his services. Jordan was awesome during the entire process. I am one of those people who need to be in constant contact, always with new questions or new listings on my mind and Jordan took great care of me. He was always super prompt with answers and advice and he was always very relatable.
Jordan also has work experience in renovations and construction, so having his eye for those kinds of details was a huge advantage. He could tell me what needed work and what could be done in terms of updating. It was always reassuring to have him around, knowing I was getting the best, most well rounded advice possible.
On top of Jordan’s great work ethic and knowledge, he is also an awesome person to deal with in general. He’s always upbeat, very easy to talk to and is really friendly. These qualities really made me feel like I had a friend and ally on my side during walk throughs and negotiations.
I just moved into my new place on May 31 and Jordan has been helping me along the way since October/​November of last year. I am extremely happy with my new place and with Jordan’s amazing help and services! I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be letting anyone I know who’s looking to buy or sell a house that he’s the best guy around.
