Quote — «You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.» Brene Brown

Does shame ride shotgun in your life?

Do you wish your life had more purpose?

Are your relationships unfulfilling?

Do you desire to Show Up, Be Seen and live a Braver Life?

I help my clients to create meaningful change in their lives by examining the emotions, thoughts and behaviours that hold them back from living the life they desire. In so doing, my clients gain knowledge and a deeper understanding of themselves that enables them to move towards more authentic and whole-hearted living.

History

Established in 2010.

The business began as an organizational consulting business and evolved into a counselling practice that focused on men who struggled with deep trauma and addiction.

Today the practice is open to all persons who struggle with shame and finding their way in the world.

Meet the Business Owner

Richard S.

Business Owner

I have over two decades of experience creating the conditions for individuals to step into transformational change. My personal journey of healing from abandonment, early childhood trauma and the loss of a child enables me to create a deeply empathic and supportive space for individuals to move towards a healthier future.

With over 20 years experience in a committed relationship, I have experienced the joys and struggles of this journey. I believe that being an emotionally present and engaged father and husband is my most important contribution to the world.

Education and Training

I am a life-long learner who has benefited from an education both within Canada and abroad. I have studied at four prominent learning institutions and had the privilege of being taught and mentored by leaders in their respective industries. My education is infused with the flavors of each country’s culture, offering many opportunities for me to learn tolerance and understanding of differing cultural vie
