The Ruth & David team has just done an absolutely superb job of selling our home! We couldn’t be happier with the way everything went. They have crafted a well-​oiled team of professionals, each with their own unique abilities, to cover off each and every facet of selling and buying homes. Each of them shows up on time, is extremely professional, trustworthy… just overall lovely people to work with.
Their photographer did an incredible job of capturing the thoughtful details of our home, even returning the following day to take advantage of better weather and therefore better exposure of scenic shots. We received so many compliments on the photos. Their interior designer who also specializes in staging, spent an hour going through our home with us recommending mindful improvements. He was awesome. And Ruth and David themselves bring so much experience and a well-​deserved reputation to the table. Most realtors are familiar with their process and worked really well with them. They handled every situation with class, timeliness, a great sense of humour and true professionalism. Even the little things like loaning us a pressure-​washer and some patio furniture for the open house. They took great care with our tenant and made sure her belongings were secure during the showings. Overall, this was a wonderful experience working with them and we would highly recommend them to anybody selling or buying a home.
