Top notch Timmy! The location is great and spacious. Lots of lights. Donuts and muffins are fresh. Great costumer service as well. Wifi still very slow like at the others location… The wifi provider is Bell… The connection was not working at all last time… My bad… I should expected that!!!

Steak mushroom panini is mediocre. Orange carrot muffin was dry. Coffee is watered down as well but the servers attitude needs some watering down. She rung me up and walked away as I stood there clueless with a stretched out line behind me. She comes back after 4 minutes later and said that my order will be called on the other side. She could have told me before she walked away, instead of having me wait by the register while the line increasingly grew longer. I used to work in a fast food restaurant. I understand working in a fast food setting is hard but I never took my personal problems out on a customer. The trash pile made the place look dirty She was not wearing a nametag

Since I am a Seattlelite, you kinda become a coffee snob. I love to drink coffee at Tim Hortons whenever I’m in Vancouver. The coffee is always on point. ^^

Being a non-Canadian, finding Tim Horton’s was a pretty awesome discovery. We loved the maple cinnamon bagel toasted with butter and the french vanilla latte. Good prices, good hours, and free wifi. Too bad they don’t have those over in California.

This is located in a tourist trap area. I will admit that I do, once in a while, have a craving for Tim Horton’s Donuts… especially with Sprinkles. Although their chilli is not the best, I have a craving once in a while for that as well. Prices are standard as every other location. What makes this location stand out over others in my book is that given the demographic, the customer service is way better than other locations.
