My GF had the new garden salad today and was not very happy with the dish. The salad bowl had only a «couple of pieces of lettuce», «small rubbery pieces of chicken» and lack the zest and taste that you expect from a salad. The TH salad will definately make her turn towards a Wendy’s drive thru. BTW, she thinks LESS is not MORE.

Big spacious Tim Horton. Lots of seats. Food wise is the same as any other Tim Horton. The place is very clean and bright. Only one issue is the entrance door is super heavy. I mean really really super heavy.

This is my go-to spot in the morning for my coffee fix. For some reason coffee is better here than other Timmys. Pastries are tasty and the lineups are not t long. I will continue to go here.

It’s close to home so I keep trying but this particular Tim Horton’s seems badly managed in my opinion and experience. 1. Patrons are continually bothered by fruit flies at this location. Very annoying 2. Bathrooms are often out of service 3. Internet works very poorly. almost seems throttled. restricted at times 4. From some soups to yogurt, often items are not available 5. Most staff are nice but some should never be offering customer service, no manners If it was not so close to home I would never go there again.

YEONJU is my favourite girl at this location! She always knows my order when I come in(2c 2 ½ s) and is always smiling! I love her. She is hardworking and you can tell she enjoys her job! Well done. Cheers!

I guess this is the Dunkin’ Donuts of Canada so as a foreigner, I couldn’t not drop in to try it. I grabbed a small some coffee and a maple glazed donut. The coffee was decent and the donut was awesome. The lid to my coffee cup did not have the greatest design/integrity so the chances for spillage was higher than average. Perhaps if it were more well constructed I’d give this place a solid 4 stars. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this coffee/donut chain. I love the free wifi!

Can’t really complain about this Tim Hortons. Service is always quick and friendly. I do have issues with other locations — especially the drive thru, but nothing here!

For Valentines Day they had red velvet cookies. I normally don’t buy anything donut or pastry wise from Tim’s, however, I did ’cause I am a sucker for red velvet, however, the cookie tasted awful. I felt cheated. Language barrier also made it frustrating to order.

Think of a «Denny’s», slash coffee shop, slash diner, slash popular ice cream shop, slash… combination of all… That’s the feel of this place. We had coffee and donuts as an afternoon snack and more for the reason to try it out since we’d been hearing about it from many. I think in fairness, I have to give it a average rating since I couldn’t or didn’t have a chance to sample more from their menu, but it did have good donuts and coffee. Tim Hortons appears to be a chain in Vancouver as we saw no less than half dozen of these establishments throughout Vancouver.

9 people behind the counter = 2 people working and 7 people collecting a TFW cheque. After asking for service from FOUR different workers I walked out. Hello Starbucks down the street!

Friendly service, hot hash browns, a great egg sandwich in the morning, or a hot chocolate during a cold afternoon. I don’t get the 2– and 3-star ratings, it’s not like we’re evaluating the highest ranked, chic, fancy-schmanciest restaurants in British Columbia. It’s just Tim Hortons, and it’s five notches above McDonald’s and maybe even a notch above Dunkin’ Donuts honestly, IMO.

Timbits would be nicer if they were perfectly round. Unfortunately they’re kinda elipsoidal and lumpy. First world problems.

I go to this Tim Hortons location just for the cold stone ice-cream. It’s almost like marble slap in English Bay. You may mix in any chocolate or candies with the ice-cream. Very yummy!!! I wouldn’t go for the coffee, but the muffins are not bad.

Alright so I heard that this is the go to place to try. All the rage in Canada, it’s the dunkin’ donuts of this maple leaf country. Prices are hobo friendly. I mean I saw quite a dozen street urchins nesting around their park bench with a box of either the donuts or donut holes which are 2 $ for 10 sometimes you can get 12 if they are friendly. The staff our first visit was really nice. We tried the Raspberry Frozen Lemonade and the original and both were pretty potent but all around good. THey had a june special that made the drinks under a dollar each. We tried every kind of donut hole they had, plus the normal chocolate, bear claw, and some of those apple fritters. Of the donut holes all were pretty sub par, or falling into double bogey. Although keep your eagle eye out for those OLDFASHIONGLAZED donut holes. Those are the best on the menu, and that hole in one caused us to go another round and return the next day. Instead of variety the second time around we knew what we wanted and got it. There are so many of these around, between starbucks blenz and hortons there is at least one of these on every corner. The price alone will send me here before any other choices if I want a snack. still dunkin’ is a lot better. I agree with other posts about the spaciousness of the location, and to my understanding they have wifi. I did have an encounter with an employee who had trouble with english but donut shops are great like that. You just point and they know what you want. Open 24 hours is a major plus!

This has got to be one of the more spacious Tim Horton’s locations downtown. Most Tim’s I know around here are a lot smaller and mainly caters for grab-n-go. I had an «extra» cheese misunderstanding here just yesterday. I’d ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich and soup combo. She began with: «White or Whole Wheat?», then: «What cheese do you want? Swiss, Cheddar or Mozzarella?», then: «Toasted?», then: «Soup?» and finally about the coffee. DIDYOU catch the cheese part like I didn’t??? I replied«Swiss» without thinking that Chicken Salad sandwich does NOT come with cheese. I look on the screen and found the«EXTRA Swiss $ 0.80» listed in my purchase. So, I told her to tell me about the cheese again. She insisted that she asked me if I wanted to ADD cheese! My husband was there too and he said that’s not what he heard either. **Note to everybody: If your sandwich should not come with cheese, say NO to the cheese! Unless you really want the cheese… I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and apologized for not hearing her properly. She handled it pretty well. We laughed it off.

For brunch, an «everything» bagel with cream cheese was a good size(not too big), nicely toasted, and cream cheesy. For dinner, the chili is surprisingly good. On a separate breakfast occasion, glazed chocolate donut was just«meh,» and I wound up tossing ½ into the trash. Coffee = good. Latte = tastes like a machine made it, because it did. So, to summarize, chili and bagels good. Coffee good. Skip the lattes.

It always seems to be busy in the daytime with long line-ups. And as are more Tim Hortons, the line moves slowly — I’ve never really understood why, as most of their products are already made! This location is a 24 hour one, which is handy to have around close to home, however, expect them to only have maybe 40% of their foods available to choose from. Most soups, donuts, bagels, etc are out! Yes, i understand They’re making fresh batches for the day, but c’mon! Why make it a 24 hour store when most of your products aren even available? If a McDonald’s is 24hrs, you dont expect to just choose from less than half their menu! Overall, I like Tim Hortons for their soups, sandwiches and baked goods; I just wish their service can be quicker to avoid the long line ups, and more variety in the night.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. There’s nothing really special about this place, but nothing wrong with it either. The location is great, though. For those that don’t know, come here for their donuts, cookies and timbits. Awesome stuff. Some people like their coffee too, but I think it’s awful.

I hate to say, it. Ilove Tim Hortons, but this one is not a Tim Hortons. Ordering my food was a challenge. I ordered it and got nothing what I thought I had ordered. Two breakfast sandwiches. One a sausage and egg with English muffin and the other a ham and egg with English muffin. The first one looked like something that came from a garbage dump out of McDonalds and the other was missing the ham. I also ordered a sandwich for later. Ham and swiss on a whole grain bagel and was asked if I wanted regular size or large. Huh? I asked There is a big bagel? I’ll take the regular size one. I was a bit confused. What did I get? A regular sandwich, no bagel. Only the coffee came correct. We complained about the missing ham in the one breakfast sandwich and complained about the colour of the egg. The lady replied that it was normal. Now take a look at the picture I posted and let me know what you think? We’ve also ordered bagel and cream cheese here. Compared to the other ones downtown, this one didn’t have very much cream cheese on the bagel. And usually the bagels come toasted very dark. I certainly hope this location makes some improvements or that Tim Hortons hears about it and suggest that they get it straight. Brown eggs? I mean really? Awefull! For shame. (and on that, an appolagy to the rest of the Tim Hortons Franchisees. All good except these past few months at this location.).
