Vancity

Switching to Vancity is one of the better decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences, from how easy they are to get on the phone, to every time I go into a branch. This branch has had a fantastic makeover, and even though it’s a little tricky to find the tellers if you come in from the 1^st avenue entrance, there’s always a concierge by the door to say hello and point you in the right direction. The inside is beautiful now, very modern with lots of clean lines, and of course the same old helpful staff! I never fail to have a great conversation with whoever serves me — they’re quick, super friendly, and always have an answer for me, whatever the question!
If you’re unhappy with where you’re banking, I highly recommend talking to this branch about switching! They’re super awesome!

I’ve been a vancity member for over a decade and for the most part, they’re pretty fantastic. Customer service is top notch (which is why I’m still with them), their fees aren’t astronomical and the online banking is easy to use. This particular branch is very efficient and friendly. Vancity also has special events or deals for their members, such as low admission prices to the PNE on certain days, Vancouver art gallery events, etc… which I’ve never heard other banks doing. Keep up the awesome service!
