Rented a boat from here on Saturday July 4th at around 2:30pm. The employees on that day had crappy customer service, and bad attitudes. They were rude and spoke degrading to you. Extremely slow service. We told them inside when we were signing the papers we would be out for 3 – 4 hours after they asked us how long we would like the boat and they said ok. Than once we got in the boat they said we only have an hour in a really rude tone. They employee showing us how to drive the boat was extremely rude and spoke to us as if we were stupid. Going here pretty much ruined our day, time and money. After being treated like crap it ruined the mood out on the water too. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Never again will I rent from here again and wold not recommend

I recently rented a boat from Vancouver Boat Rentals with a group of friends. We arrived to the boat rental office a few minutes before our rental, filled out some paper work and then the staff explained the map of the area and how to operate the boat to us. After the helpful explanation we were ready to go. We rented the 18ft boat — it is such a cool boat. We went for 3 hours and drove past downtown Vancouver to Deep Cove and stopped off for a quick picnic. It did start to rain while we were out on the water but we didn’t mind and had great fun anyway. The boats looked brand new and not what you would expect from a boat rental. We paid around $ 260 for the boat rental, this included the insurance and gas, which divided by 5 of us worked out to be a great deal. This was a great experience and I highly recommend it. I will be back in Vancouver to rent a boat again this summer.
