Even though most film studios are mostly the same, Vancouver is actually quite lovely. A set is a set. London, Baton Rouge, LA, they all feel the same in the sanctuary of large warehouse spaces. It’s usually when you step off the lot is when the culture of the country you’re in shines through.
Feature films or TV shows. First, second or third units. It’s a hard industry to be in sometimes but the trade off of making screen magic makes it worthwhile. Most of the time. Hahaga.
