I stopped by here to pick up my masters thesis that they bound for me and I was so pleasantly surprised with the service! They were so nice and accommodating with an extra request (even though the were very busy) and I am happy to have them in my neighborhood. Thanks VanPrint!

They went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding invitations were printed perfectly. From the very first phone call to the end product the customer service and level of professionalism that was experienced was exceptional. Both Tom and Levi went above and beyond. They will always be my printer of choice.

Vanprint is the best printer in Vancouver. I’ve used them, jukebox, clubcard, and a few printers on Broadway over the years — vanprint is hands down the best in terms of reliability, customer service, print quality and pricing.
I’ve printed many projects them over the years including post cards, business cards, brochures, and stickers. I cant recommend them enough. 5 stars.

There’s a million places to get printing done in Vancouver so competition is pretty high and most places try pretty hard to get business. VanPrint didn’t try. I guess they figured they were the #1 printing company so their customer service didn’t matter. Suffice it to say, they treated me with little regard and left me feeling unimportant. Not the best experience.

Would not recommend.
I phoned them up. «When would you like your job done?» the Vanprint person said. I told him. «That’s plenty of time. Send me an email with the details.» I sent the email.
A week passed. I sent another email. Still no response. Then I called them again. According to the Vanprint person, a co-​worker didn’t forward the email to right person (nor respond to me saying so, apparently) because it didn’t seem like it’d be worth it.
Repeat: would not recommend.

I went in for a small job, and the guys really couldn’t have been more helpful. And the price was so reasonable, a lot less than I expected.
Hopefully I’ll have a chance to send more work their way in the future.

VanPrint, you guys are great!
I needed a rush print and they helped me out with that without hassle. They even give me a few extra cards and silk laminated for free. I sent over an image and they cleaned it up and designed the card very clean and simple for me. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for cards. They are super friendly and very easy to work with.

I have used Vanprint for the past 3 years and have fabulous service and the quality is great. If there is ever a problem they will fix it right a way.
I have also used them to design flyers and cards which I was delighted with the ability of the designers.
I highly recommend them.
