History

Established in 2004.

The original Wink was always in the core of downtown Vancouver since 2004 attracting a large range of local celebrities, actors & models. They had a full range of aesthetics services including nails, waxing, facials and lashes of coarse. As the trend of eyelash extensions grew, so did the business and after almost 10 years, the owner moved and closed their Gastown full service salon in Dec 2013 to make room for a more lash focused business by creating multiply micro salons in Kitsilano. Thus W Lash Beautique was created — Wink without the «ink». Not needing so much space for specializing on the eyes, W teamed up with Bare Wax Bar with two locations on West 1^st and West 4^th Avenue.
